1. All clients will receive a safety briefing before the start of any tour.

5. In the event of an emergency, clients will be provided with an emergency response plan, including evacuation procedures, access to hospitals, and other necessary measures.
6. Clients are required to follow the instructions of tour guides at all times to prevent accidents.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation more than 14 days before the tour: 100% refund.
2. Cancellation 7–13 days before the tour: 50% refund.
3. Cancellation less than 7 days before the tour: no refund.
4. Force majeure (e.g., heavy rain, political unrest, natural disasters): refund or rescheduling free of charge.
5. All refunds will be made to the bank account or credit card used to make the booking.
